Our award winning Liberator Irish Whiskey range is a bold expression of what Port cask-finished Irish whiskey can be: rich, nuanced, and alive with character.
​We use only the freshest casks, sourced directly from the Quinta in Portugal which gives an unrivalled intensity of flavour. All of our Whiskeys are in small batches, are minimally filtered
and certainly never chill filtered), not coloured or otherwise messed with.

freshest Tawny Port casks then blended together.
Really intense notes of figs, stone fruits and citrus zest, with a long spicy finish.
Batch 5 is 5,000 numbered bottles: 700ml / 46% abv, no chill filter, natural colour.

Lakeview Single Estate Whiskey
From barley born on the Estate then matured here in the changeable Killarney microclimate. This Second Edition has been matured for 5 years mainly in ex Premier Grand Cru Bordeaux barrels.
The result: a rich, smooth and complex traditional Irish Pot Still Whiskey with provenance and terroir in every drop.

The Liberator Storehouse Specials
Every few months we release one of our very limited edition Storehouse Specials. These can be trials for possible additions to our core range, cask strength or single cask bottlings or just an excuse to show off our blending skills!
These are always eagerly snapped up by Whiskey enthusiasts.
Our current release is Port 'n' Peat - we were experimenting with using peat as a component. This is a Port finished blended Whiskey with a 4% peated malt component. Like salt on your food, the peat highlights the other flavours. It's difficult to get the balance right but this does so perfectly. Please note 500ml format.
